Brand Temper was an idea born out of a report we produced last year that showcased the engagement of 60 brands across 6 industries in Australia. The report generated so much interest, we decided to build a public platform that would automate the process of generating these reports in real-time. We also added the opportunity to view industry lists and compare individual brands.
Ultimately, we built the platform on the strong belief that a unit of measurement representing brand engagement in the social web needed to exist. We also believe brands should be able to track compare how engaging they are with others, leading to more measurable outcomes and smarter marketing initiatives.
